1 / Weather
At Pup Trails, we are dedicated to providing safe and enjoyable walks for your furry friends. To ensure their safety, we may have to cancel, reschedule, or modify your pet's walk in the event of extreme temperatures, such as when the temperature reaches 23°C and above. We will do everything we can to accommodate your pet's needs while keeping them safe. Thank you for your understanding and for entrusting your pet's care to us!
2 / Cancellation
At Pup Trails, we have a cancellation policy to ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients. For dog walks and drop-ins, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid any fees. For pet sit visits, we require a 2-week notice of cancellation to avoid any fees. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but by giving us sufficient notice, we can adjust our schedule and make sure that all of our clients receive the service they deserve.
